By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms:  

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!!! 

MADE TO ORDER ITEMS 

We will let you know what measurements we require for garments that are made to order. Please do your very best to be as accurate as possible with these measurements, and do not hesitate for clarity if you are unsure about anything. You are responsible for providing these measurements, and if they do not end up being correct, we will not be liable, nor will we provide a refund. However, in the case that we construct your garment with incorrect measurements, we will refund, or create a new garment for you. 

 All items are packaged in appropriate packaging, to ensure your garments arrive safely. However, once sent, anything lost, or ruined in the shipping process is out of our control, and we are not liable. 

REFUNDS 

We do not issue refunds!! 

However, we will issue a refund if you are completely dissatisfied with your purchase. It will be up to your to package, and return the garment to us. Once we have received the garment, the refund will be sent. Based on scams customers have played in the past, we are FIRM on this policy. Each situation is completely up to the owner, and will very rarely make exceptions to this policy. 

EXCHANGES 

Made to order items are FINAL SALE!

Already made items may be exchanged within 7 days of receiving your garment. You will be responsible for paying for shipping. Once we receive the garment, your new item will be shipped. We will only exchange items of equal or greater cost. We will NOT exchange for items of less. 

ALTERATIONS

Alterations of purchased Sycamore items may be considered, but will not be given priority over other projects, and will be completed when the designer can complete them. A minimum charge of $25 will be applied and the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.

SHIPPING  

We ship within North America (at the moment) Please contact me, BEFORE PURCHASING, if you require express shipping, otherwise we will stick to the basic 5-7 business days. I begin construction of your item the day after payment is received. Your item should arrive within 1-3 weeks AFTER payment is received. All items are made by hand, some may take longer to construct than others. You will be notified when your payment goes through, and when I have begun construction on your garment. I will send you a message of confirmation + tracking number to let you know your item is in the mail.
